As part of maintaining our FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Certificate, we are required to have evidence of vehicle checks being carried out, this vehicle check is very important as it will highlight and underlying issues with our fleet of vehicles, it also ensures your safety whilst driving

In Addition to the weekly tasks stated above Drivers should check their vehicle daily to ensure its road worthiness prior to use on a public road.

ALL Accidents must be reported immediately to your Manager or Supervisor then at the earliest opportunity full details must be reported on an insurance claim form.


Please remember it is the vehicle drivers responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and that the safe loading weight is not exceeded and the load is distributed correctly and securely.
