COSS /.PIC.Completion of works the PIC/COSS/ MC sign out with the SWL2 / ESAll site staff return to the SAC to sign out individually before they access transport to drop staff to their personal transport and travelling to home/ digs/ hotelsAll staff MUST sign out with the SAC and just not rely on the COSS/ PIC to sign you out with the SWL2/ES. If you think that you are going to exceed your hours due to an emergency or plant breakdown, the maximum being 12 hours, you must inform your supervision and a risk assessment MUST be carried out immediately and briefed to the teams without delay, and a signed acknowledgement of the risk assessment be handed into the HSE/PC team site office with the assessment. You cannot plan to overrun; the exceedance is there for emergencies only.Download Bulletin Name*FirstLast Email* Date* Choose A Response *Select valueI confirm that I have read and understood the bulletinI don't understand the bulletin and require more informationSubmitReset
