     Amended Policies, Procedures & Other Documents Briefing – PP090 V01 – TEMPORARY WORKS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE 

    The following Policies/Procedures are detailed within this briefing:

    PP090 V01 – TEMPORARY WORKS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE

    Line Managers shall brief their team as soon as possible on the relevant information contained within these documents, as required.

    Once briefed, all individuals shall then record read & understood receipt through the internal briefing process.

    TEMPORARY WORKS SUPERVISOR:

  • Shall be trained and competent as a Temporary Works Supervisor.
  • Supervise the erection/dismantling or temporary works on site.
  • Conduct checks of the temporary works on site.
  • Liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator.
  • SAFETY & ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT:

  • Review the temporary works arrangements when attending site.
  • Review compliance of this procedure during any audit/site visit.
  • Support the ECS project/site team.
  • THE PROCEDURE PROVIDES DETAILS OF THE PROCESS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Appointing individuals.
  • Planning.
  • Design control/change/checking.
  • Briefing the design.
  • Proprietary & standard solutions.
  • Site operations – where temporary works activities are being undertaken.
