Reload document | Open in new tab Download [128.25 KB] Balfour Beatty Bulletin 163 - Turners Yard Working Arrangements The Greater West - Wales Electrification Safety, Health & Environmental Bulletin Number 163 May 2019TURNERS YARD MAGOR WORKING ARRANGEMENTSFollowing discussions with the property owner at Turners hydraulics and the Balfour Beatty Senior Operations Manager, there will be no working, deliveries or collections of plant or materials into Turners yard during the working hours of Turners Hydraulics Ltd.All deliveries and collections must be planned and carried out between the hours of 1800 hours and 0600 hours.There are to be no BB contractors cars parked within Turners Yard or on the surrounding roads.All staff cars / transport MUST be parked at the Severn Tunnel Junction and staff will be shuttled to site via minibus.This process also applies to the Redwick access point on the opposite side to Turners Yard.The security guards will be locking the gates once Turners Hydraulics is closed for the day.Whilst carrying out any deliveries or collections Banksmen must be used to bank lorries out of the yard at all times. They must also contact the PC Control centre (07773 483582) before they start the process of delivering or collecting within an area.
