Line Managers shall brief their team as soon as possible on the relevant information contained within these documents, as required.

Once briefed, all individuals shall then record read & understood receipt through the internal briefing process.

This procedure has been included into the ECS Integrated Management System.

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that ECS have the arrangements in place for site safety, security & welfare provisions when appointed in the capacity of Principal Contractor. ECS shall ensure compliance with relevant welfare regulations and Network Rail Standards.

This procedure applies to all ECS personnel and its contractors when ECS are managing site construction works.

The procedure details the responsibilities of the following:
